All vote credit purchases made on the CG Champ of the Year platform are completely final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Vote credits are a digital contest currency with no monetary value outside this platform. Once purchased and added to your account, they can be immediately used to vote. Due to the nature of digital goods and contest integrity, we are unable to process refunds.
What Credits Are
- Vote credits are digital tokens used exclusively within the CG Champ of the Year contest.
- They hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits expire at the end of the contest period and cannot be carried over to future contests.
- Unused credits at the end of the contest are forfeited with no compensation.
Payment Failures
If you made a bank transfer and your credits were not added to your account within 30 minutes:
- First check that your transfer was successful in your bank app.
- Ensure you transferred the exact amount to the correct account number.
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your transaction reference number.
- We will investigate and credit your account if the payment is confirmed.
✅ The Only Exception
If you were charged but credits were never added to your account due to a technical error on our end, we will either add the credits or issue a refund after investigation. Contact us with proof of payment.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally made the same payment twice, contact us immediately with both transaction references. We will investigate and refund the duplicate payment within 7 business days.

For payment issues, contact us via WhatsApp through our contact page. Please include your registered email address and transaction reference number in your message.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid credit purchase will result in immediate suspension of your account and disqualification from the contest.
