1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CG Champ of the Year contest platform operated by CGPIXELS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Contest Eligibility
- Nominees must have had a photoshoot conducted by CGPIXELS.
- Each child may be nominated only once per contest year.
- Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and nomination.
- CGPIXELS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms.
3. Vote Credits & Payments
⚠ No Refunds Policy: All vote credit purchases are completely final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Credits hold no monetary value outside of this contest platform.
- Vote credits can only be used to vote within the CG Champ of the Year contest.
- Credits expire at the end of the contest and cannot be carried over.
- Minimum purchase is 500 credits for ₦500. Credits are priced at ₦1 per credit.
- All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
- CGPIXELS is not responsible for failed bank transfers due to incorrect account details entered by the user.
- Credits are added automatically upon payment confirmation. If credits are not received within 30 minutes of a successful transfer, contact us via WhatsApp.
4. Voting Rules
- 1 credit = 1 vote. There is no limit on how many credits you can purchase.
- Votes cast are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
- Any attempt to manipulate votes through technical means will result in immediate disqualification.
- CGPIXELS reserves the right to audit and remove fraudulent votes.
5. Contest Phases
- Phase 1 — Nominations: Submit your child's details and photo for review.
- Phase 2 — Free Voting: All registered users receive free credits to vote.
- Phase 3 — Grand Finals: Top 5 nominees advance. Additional credits can be purchased.
- Phase 4 — Winner Announcement: Highest votes at the deadline wins.
6. Photo & Content Rights
- By submitting a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant CGPIXELS permission to display it on the contest platform and social media.
- All submitted photos must have been taken by CGPIXELS.
- CGPIXELS will not sell or misuse submitted photos.
7. Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone number, and child's information solely for contest purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
CGPIXELS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the contest. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits.
9. Changes to Terms
CGPIXELS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
