CGPIXELS is a professional photography studio based in Nigeria, providing photography and videography services to individuals, families, and businesses. These General Terms of Service govern your use of our studio services and website. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

CGPIXELS offers a range of professional photography and media services including but not limited to:

• Baby and newborn photography sessions
• Family portrait photography
• Maternity photography
• Birthday and event photography
• Commercial and product photography
• School and graduation photography
• Digital image delivery and printed photo products
• The CG Champ of the Year annual photography contest

• All studio sessions must be booked in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact page.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed.
• Session times are allocated exclusively to you — late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• CGPIXELS reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice provided to the client.
• Clients are responsible for preparing subjects (babies, children, etc.) appropriately for their scheduled session.

• Prices for all services are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
• Payments for studio photography sessions are made directly to CGPIXELS via bank transfer or cash.
• Online payments (where applicable) are processed securely through Flutterwave.
• Full payment must be received before delivery of any digital files or printed products.
• Session fees are separate from the cost of additional prints, products, or digital packages.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for a full deposit refund or reschedule at our discretion.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a session will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will forfeit all payments made.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• CGPIXELS may cancel or reschedule a session due to equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or complimentary reschedule will be offered.

• Digital images are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after the session, unless otherwise agreed.
• Images are delivered via a secure online gallery link or WhatsApp, as agreed with the client.
• The number of edited images delivered depends on the package purchased.
• Printed products (frames, albums, etc.) have additional production times as communicated at the time of order.
• CGPIXELS retains the right to use session images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the session.

• All photographs taken by CGPIXELS are the intellectual property of CGPIXELS.
• Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use delivered images for personal purposes (printing, sharing, social media).
• Commercial use of images (advertising, publications, resale) requires a separate written agreement and licensing fee.
• Clients may not alter, filter, or edit delivered images in a way that misrepresents CGPIXELS's work without prior consent.
• Credit to CGPIXELS is appreciated when sharing images on social media.

• Clients and their guests are expected to treat CGPIXELS staff and equipment with respect.
• CGPIXELS reserves the right to end a session and retain all fees if a client is abusive, threatening, or causes damage to studio property.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children during sessions.
• Food, drinks, and sharp objects should be kept away from studio equipment unless required for the shoot.

CGPIXELS will always endeavour to deliver the highest quality service. However, in the rare event of technical failure, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our control that result in loss of images, our liability is limited to a refund or complimentary resession. CGPIXELS is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or emotional damages arising from service delivery issues.
